Tuition for the M.S. in Facility Management online program is $685 per credit hour.

In order to be eligible for Financial Aid, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 credit hours per semester, but courses may be taken in any combination of terms (16 week term, 1st 8 week term, or 2nd 8 week term) as long as the hours for the total semester equal more than 4.

Students taking less than 4 credit hours per semester can benefit from other payment options available.
