Chad Mahood, PhD

Chad Mahood, PhD is an Associate Professor of Communication at UT San Antonio. His teaching focuses on new media technologies, media effects, research methods and statistics, and communication theory. Prior to UT San Antonio, Dr. Mahood spent time at The Ohio State University, the University of California at Santa Barbara, and Penn State. He has a BA in Advertising/Public Relations and an MA in Media Studies from Penn State University, as well as a PhD in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
