UT San Antonio Online deadlines vary by term. If you’re a transfer student, be sure you save the dates on this page for application and financial aid deadlines to enroll in an online degree program. Processing times may be longer as we get closer to the deadlines each semester, so we encourage you to submit your application and supporting documents early.
Please note the Summer Term has its own application deadline. If you miss the deadline for the Spring Term and wish to start in the summer, you may apply as long as you submit your application by May 1 and your supporting documents by May 15.

All required documents, transcripts, fees, and test scores must be received by the university by 5 p.m. CT on the admissions deadline. Deadlines that fall on a weekend or UT San Antonio holiday will be extended until 5 p.m. the following business day. An admissions decision is not rendered until the applicant’s file is complete. Reinstatement Petition Deadlines
Students who have been academically dismissed from UTSA must submit the official Petition for Undergraduate Reinstatement by the following petition deadline:
