Suzana Diaz Rosencrans
Assistant Vice Provost of Academic Innovation and Director of Online Enrollment, Marketing and Advising (since August 2019), has more than 13 years’ experience in higher education. Her experience includes OPM leadership and management, leadership management, advising, student success, CRM integration, quality assurance, coaching and training, and recruitment and operations. Suzana was director of online recruitment at the University of Arizona 2016-2019 and Director of Online Enrollment for ASU Online EdPlus 2012-2015. During her service at UTSA, it has ranked in the top 20% of best online programs in USNWR and online enrollment has grown 30-40% YOY.
