Elmar Bergeler

Elmar Bergeler, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Data Science at the University College at the University of Texas at San Antonio. His specialty is visualizations of data using Python. He studied physics and math at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. In 2009, he received his Ph.D. in physics at the Technische Universität Dresden, Germany. After receiving his Ph.D. he moved to Texas, where he worked for National Instruments. He has taught at UTSA since 2022.
