Below are the ways you can submit your transcripts to UTSA’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Be sure to submit all required transcripts to the UTSA Office of Undergraduate Admissions by the application deadline (not postmarked). You can also check your status when you receive your myUTSA ID to see what items we require to complete your admission file.

Faxed, scanned, or photocopied transcripts will not be accepted or acknowledged.

SAT/ACT Test Scores

SAT or ACT test scores are not required for admission, but are considered if submitted. Neither score is preferred more than the other.

Submit your SAT or ACT test scores directly from the testing agency.

UTSA Institutional Test Codes:

  • ACT is 4239
  • SAT is 6919

UTSA can receive electronic high school transcripts via TREx and Naviance via parchment delivery. Electronic college transcripts can be sent via SPEEDE, E-Script, National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, and other Electronic (eTranscript) Exchange systems.

Official high school transcripts can also be requested by your high school counselor and through Naviance.

Students can send official eTranscripts to apply@utsa.edu.

Students can mail an official, sealed copy of their transcript to:

Students who completed dual credit courses in high school and earned credits will need to send the original transcript from the institution that awarded the credits. Dual credit courses reflected as transfer credits on another institution’s transcripts will not be able to be applied.

Due to recent changes at the VA, it is now required that all military transcripts are in students’ academic files. Please have your military transcripts sent to the UTSA Admissions Office.

If you are unable to obtain transcripts from your previous institution for any reason (Financial holds, the school has closed, etc.), please contact our enrollment counselors for further assistance.

Test Scores

SAT Scores

If you’ve taken the SAT, send your scores to UTSA using the school code 6919. Instructions on how to send your SAT scores can be found on the Collegeboard website.

ACT Scores

If you’ve taken the ACT, send your scores to UTSA using the school code 4239. Instructions on how to send your ACT scores can be found on the ACT website.

CLEP Scores

If you earned credits through The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), send your official CLEP scores and transcripts.

AP Scores

If you earned AP Credits, send your official score results online.
